Registration and waiting period

Ms Claire Wittstock will call you back within two working days  to make an appointment, if required. For this appointment you need to bring a referral letter from your General Practitioner. Usually, the first meeting can be held within three weeks. After the first meeting a subsequent appointment will be made within three weeks. If so required by you, we can advise you on a referral that is better suited to your needs. 

Depending on the duration of the intake (one or two meetings), the treatment will start within six weeks after the first meeting. When starting, a treatment plan is drafted and signed by you and your therapist. 

At the start and end of your treatment, we will inform your General Practitioner, after your informed consent. At the end of your treatment, this information contains a short description of the problems you had, the treatment and result of the treatment.
