Arrangements

In consultation with your therapist you can arrange:

  • To see another therapist when your therapist is on annual leave;
  • Meetings in case of possible calamities. 

In first instance, in case you would like to make a complaint, you can contact your therapist or, if needed, another Psilence staff member. In addition, should you prefer to do so, you can file a complaint externally to one of the Regional Disciplinary Tribunals of Mental Health; refer to the 'GGZ Hulpgids'. 

Regarding professional secrecy, Psilence will not share your information with third parties, unless we obtain your consent to do so. Your therapist has exclusive access to your file. Only in case of a grave emergency, another Psilence staff member can access your file.
